| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى مساهمة الادارة الالكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمة المصرفية التي تعد من أهم الموارد في المؤسسة المصرفية، ولقد اعتمدنا في الجانب التطبيقي على الاستبيان والذي يعتبر كأداة جمع البيانات من عمال بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR بولاية تيارت وتحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS v21 ، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى : توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 𝑎 ≤ 0.05 بين الادارة الالكترونية وتحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بولاية تيارت. يوجد أثر ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 𝑎 ≤ 0.05 ين الادارة الالكترونية وتحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بولاية تيارت. |
| Description: | This study aims to find out how much e-management contributes to improving the quality of banking service, which is one of the most important resources in the banking institution, and we have relied on the application on the questionnaire, which is considered as a tool for collecting data from employees of the Agriculture and Rural Development Bank (BADR) State Stream and Data Analysis using SPSSS v21 Statistical Software, and the study has reached: There is a link of statistical indicator at the level 𝑎 ≤ 0.05 between e-management and the improvement of the quality of banking service at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) in Tiaret State. There is an impact of statistical indicator at the level of 𝑎 ≤ 0.05 between e-management and improvement of the quality of banking service at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) in Tiaret State. |
