| Abstract: | تتناول هذه الدراسة العلاقة بين الميراث وطبيعة الاتصال الاسري في المجتمع التيارتي ، من خلال مقاربة سوسيولوجية تهدف الى فهم أثر توزيع الميراث على العلاقات العائلية، وقد اظهرت النتائج ان طريقة توزيع التركة قد تسهم اما في تعزيز الروابط الاسرية او في خلط النزاع والتفكك ، خاصة في حالة اللاعدالة او هيمنة العادات على النصوص الشرعية. |
| Description: | This study examines the relationship between inheritance and the nature of family communication within Algerian society، through a sociological approach aimed at understanding the impact of inheritance distribution on familial relationships. The findings indicate that the method of distributing the estate can either strengthen family bonds or provoke conflict and disintegration، particularly in cases marked by perceived injustice or the dominance of customary practices over religious legal texts |
