dc.description	This study examines the relationship between inheritance and the nature of family communication within Algerian society، through a sociological approach aimed at understanding the impact of inheritance distribution on familial relationships. The findings indicate that the method of distributing the estate can either strengthen family bonds or provoke conflict and disintegration، particularly in cases marked by perceived injustice or the dominance of customary practices over religious legal texts	en_US
