| Abstract: | تعتبر المؤسسة المجال الواسع للدراسات العملية والاقتصادية، فهي تعتبر النواة الرئيسية للنشاط الاقتصادي. ولكي تتمكن المؤسسة من تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة لابد لها من معرفة وضعيتها المالية، من خلال استعمالها لمختلف الوسائل من أهمها التحليل المالي، إذ يعتبر عامل مهم في تشخيص الوضعية المالية للمؤسسة، فهو عبارة عن معالجة منظمة للبيانات المتاحة بهدف الحصول على معلومات تساعد في عملية اتخاذ القرار من خلال دراستنا توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: * يعتبر التحليل المالي وسيلة لا يمكن للمؤسسة الاستغناء عنها. * تعتبر القوائم المالية بمثابة مادة أولية ومنطلق لإجراء عملية التحليل المالي. * مؤشرات التوازن المالي والنسب المالية هي من أهم الأدوات المستعملة في عملية تحليل وتشخيص وضعية المؤسسة المالية |
| Description: | The institution is considered a wide field of scientific and economic studies, it is considered the main core of economic activity. And in order of the institution to achieve the set goals, it must know its financial, through the use of the varions means , the most important of wich is financial analysis, as it is an important factor in diagnosing the fiancial situation of the institution it is ; * Financial analysis is a tool that an enterprise cannot do without. * The financial statements are considered as a starting material and a starting point for conducting the financial analysis process. *Financial balance indicators and financial ration are one of the most important tools used in the process of analyzing and diagnosing the position of a financial institution. |
