| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اسنكشاف تأثير المخاطر المدركة على سلوك المستهلك اتجاه الخدمات المصرفية الإسلامية، مع التركيز على النفسية و الإجتماعية و المالية التي تؤثر في قرارات الأفراد.اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي تحليلي، حيث تم جمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 111 فردا في ولاية تيارت باستخدام استبيان الكتروني، و تحليل البيانات بواسطة برنامج Smart PLS. إذ أظهرت النتائج أن المخاطر المدركة، خاصة الشرعية و المالية و الإجتماعية تؤثر سلبا على توجهات المستهلكين نحو الخدمات المصرفية الإسلامية. كما بينت أن نقص المعرفة و حداثة هذه الخدمات يزيدان من إدراك المخاطرفي حين أن تعزيز الشفافية و الوصول إلى المعلوما ت الموثوقة يسهمان في تقليل هذه المخاطر. |
| Description: | This study aims to explore the impact of perceived risks on consumer behavior toward Islamic banking services, with a focus on psychological, social, and financial factors that influence individual decision-making. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, collecting data from a sample of 111 individuals in the Wilaya of Tiaret through an online questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the Smart PLS software. The results revealed that perceived risks—particularly legal (Sharia-related), financial, and social—negatively influence consumer attitudes toward Islamic banking services. Furthermore, the findings indicate that a lack of knowledge and the novelty of these services increase the perception of risk, while enhancing transparency and access to reliable information contributes to reducing such risks. |
