| Abstract: | في ظل التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة، أصبح من الضروري تطوير قطاع النقل البري من خلال حلول مبتكرة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح تطبيق TRANSPLUS كحل رقمي لحجوزات النقل البري في الجزائر. تم الإعتماد على منهج وصفي تحليلي وتحليل نموذج الأعمالBMC ، كما تم استخدام تحليل SWOT لتشخيص البيئة الداخلية والخارجية للمشروع. أظهرت النتائج أن TRANSPLUS يمكن أن يساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين جودة الخدمات، تقليل الفوضى في المحطات، ورفع مستوى رضا المستخدمين. |
| Description: | In light of the accelerating digital transformation, it has become necessary to develop the land transport sector through innovative solutions. This study aims to propose TRANSPLUS as a digital application to manage land transport bookings in Algeria. A descriptive analytical methodology was adopted, using the Business Model Canvas and SWOT analysis to diagnose the internal and external environment. Results showed that TRANSPLUS could significantly enhance service quality, reduce chaos at transport stations, and increase user satisfaction. |
