| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في الدور الذي تلعبه سياسات التجارة الخارجية في تنمية الصادرات الجزائرية غير النفطية. نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة لتنويع مصادر الدخل القومي وتقليل الإعتماد على قطاع المحروقات، تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف كيف يمكن للسياسات التجارية الفعالة أن تساهم في تعزيز قدرة الجزائر التنافسية في الأسواق العالمية لمنتجات وخدمات غير نفطية. تتناول الدراسة المراحل التطورية لسياسات التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر، مع التركيز على المبادرات والإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها لتشجيع الصادرات غير النفطية. كما تسعى إلى تحديد العوامل الرئيسية التي تؤثر على نجاح هذه السياسات، بما في ذلك الحوافز المقدمة للمصدرين، وتسهيل الإجراءات الجمركية، وتطوير البنية التحتية للتصدير، وبناء القدرات التصديرية للمؤسسات الجزائرية. |
| Description: | his study aims to investigate the role played by foreign trade policies in the development of Algeria's non-oil exports. Given the significant importance of diversifying national income sources and reducing dependence on the hydrocarbon sector, this study seeks to explore how effective trade policies can contribute to enhancing Algeria's competitiveness in global markets for non-oil products and services. The study examines the evolutionary stages of foreign trade policies in Algeria, with a focus on the initiatives and measures taken to encourage non-oil exports. It also seeks to identify the main factors that influence the success of these policies, including incentives provided to exporters, the facilitation of customs procedures, the development of export infrastructure, and the building of export capacities for Algerian institutions. |
