| Résumé: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى إبراز ماهية كل من المؤسسات الناشئة و الإستثمار الأجنبي مع التطرق إلى العلاقة التي تربطهما و في الأخير تناولنا دراسة حالة إحدى أنجح المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر وفي شمال إفريقيا وهي مؤسسة يسير. المؤسسات الناشئة هي شركات تسعى لتطوير منتجات وخدمات جديدة لتلبية احتياجات السوق والعمل في قطاعات متنوعة، غالبا ما تكون هذه الشركات حديثة العهد، لكنها تشهد نموا سريعا كما يشير الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى استثمار أموال في مؤسسة ما في بلد آخر من قبل مستثمر أجنبي بهدف كسب الدخل المالي أو الوصول إلى موارد جديدة. حاولنا في هذه الدراسة ابراز العلاقة بين المؤسسات الناشئة و الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وذلك لفهم دور الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في دعم المؤسسات الناشئة وتعزيز النمو الإقتصادي. |
| Description: | This study aimed to highlight the nature of both start-ups and foreign investment, while addressing the relationship between them. Finally, we examined the case of one of the most successful start-ups in Algeria and North Africa, namely Yassir Foundation. Startups are companies seeking to develop new products and services to meet market needs and operate in diverse sectors. These companies are often new but experiencing rapid growth. Foreign direct investment (FDI) refers to the investment of funds in an enterprise in another country by a foreign investor with the aim of generating financial income or accessing new resources. In this study, we attempted to highlight the relationship between start-ups and foreign direct investment in order to understand the role of foreign direct investment in supporting start-ups and enhancing economic growth. |
