| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز كيف يمكن للإستثمار في الإقتصاد الأخضر أن يكون فرصة ومصدرا للتنويع الإقتصادي في الجزائر, حيث أن إستثمار الجزائر في إمكانياتها البيئية الهائلة يمكنها من إعادة هيكلة إقتصادها ودفع الصناعة نحو تخصصات إستراتيجية وتنويع المنتوج الوطني, وبالتالي الرفع من القيمة المصافة للقطاعات خارج المحروقات وتنمية القطاعات الخضراء المستدامة. بالإعتماد على تحليل مؤشرات الإقتصاد الأخضر في قطاعاته الحيوية, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لحد الأن تم بذل جهود معتبرة في مجال حماية البيئة, يمكن إعتبارها كحجر أساس للإقتصاد الأخضر غير أنه يجب تعزيز هذه المبادرات وربطها فيما بينها بشكل أفضل في إطار إستراتيجية وطنية شاملة للنهوض بالإقتصاد الأخضر. |
| Description: | This study aims to discuss how the investment in the green economy can be an important opportunity of economic diversification in Algeria how the exploitation of the huge environmental potential, can guarantee the structural transformation of the economy, push the industry toward strategic fields. Thus, to diversify the national product, increasing the added value of sectors outside the hydrocarbon and promoting green sectors. Based on the analysis of the green economy’s indicators in vital sectors, the study concluded that, in Algeria, major efforts have been taken place in the field of environment protection; those efforts can be considered as a cornerstone and a good base of green economy. However, these initiatives should be strengthened and linked to each other as a part of a national global strategy to promote green economy. |
