| Abstract: | تواجه كافة المؤسسات في عصرنا الراهن تحديات كثيرة نتيجة لمتغيرات والتطورات العلمية والتقنية السريعة والمستمرة ، وأمام تلك التحديات المحمومة أضحت الادارة التقليدية بعملياتها ووسائلها عاجزة عن جعل المؤسسة قادرة على المنافسة. الأمر الذي يحتم على هذه المؤسسات إستخدام كل ما يتاح لها من أساليب إدارية معاصرة تمكنها من ذلك . وتساعدها على تحسين آدائها للوصول إلى الأداء المتفوق . حيث أن هذه العملية التي تتضمن تصميم وتنفيذ وتقويم الإستراتيجيات التي من شأنها تمكين المنظمة من تحقيق أهدافها. |
| Description: | All organizations in our current era face numerous challenges as a result of rapid and continuous scientific and technological changes and developments. In the face of these frantic challenges, traditional management, with its processes and methods, has become incapable of making the organization competitive. - This necessitates that these institutions use all available contemporary management methods that enable them to do so and help them improve their performance to achieve superior performance. This process includes designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that will enable the organization to achieve its goals. Strategic management has become a necessity within any organization seeking to achieve its goals and win its bet. Strategic management is an effective tool for improving the performance of economic institutions by raising employee performance, increasing employee loyalty and motivation, and efficiently achieving organizational goals. This leads to a more stable and competitive organization in a changing environment |
