dc.description	The present study aimed at determining the effectiveness of Tiaret Bus App in improving the service quality of the buses in Etus Tiaret establishment through focusing on service quality dimensions (responsiveness,dependence,empathy,tangibility and solidarity). This study was conducted on a random sample of citizens of 80 individuals using Tiaret Bus digital app. An online questionnaire was implemented to gather data. The results highlighted the existence of a positive to an average relationship between digitization and improving quality service. Meanwhile, the study pinpoints a handful of suggestions including expanding the sensitization to digital services and using artificial intelligence as a took to foster digital management and improving performance inside service establishments	en_US
dc.description.abstract	هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فعالية دور تطبيق Tiaret bus في تحسين جودة خدمة الحافلات بمؤسسة ETUS TIARET من خلال التركيز على أبعاد جودة الخدمة (الاستجابة، الاعتمادية، التعاطف،الملموسية،التضامن ) وقد أُجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من المواطنين المستخدمين للتطبيق الرقمي TIARET BUS والتي بلغت 80 فردا، بإستخدام إستبيان إلكتروني بهدف جمع البيانات أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية متوسطة بين الرقمنة وتحسين جودة الخدمة ، في حين أوصت الدراسة بعدة مقترحات، منها التوسع في التوعية بالخدمات الرقمية واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي كأداة لدعم التسيير الرقمي وتحسين الأداء داخل المؤسسات الخدمية	en_US
