| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور الإدارة الالكترونية في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي من خلال دراسة حالة لمؤسسة نفطال بولاية تيارت، ولبلوغ هذا الهدف تناولنا في الجانب النظري جملة من المفاهيم المحيطة بالموضوع ، ارتبطت مباشرة بالإدارة الإلكترونية والتميز المؤسسي ، في حين تضمن الجانب التطبيقي دراسة ميدانية على عينة قوامها 48عاملا بمؤسسة نفطال لمعرفة واقع الإدارة الإلكترونية في المؤسسات ، ومدى مساهمة ذلك في تحقيق التميز في المؤسسة محل الدراسة. |
| Description: | This study aims to know the role of electronic management in achieving institutional excellence through a case study of the Naftal Foundation in the state of Tiaret.To achieve this goal, we discussed in the theoretical aspect a number of concepts surrounding the subject that were directly related to electronic management and institutional excellence, while the applied aspect included a field study on a sample of 48 employees.At the Naftal Foundation to know the reality of electronic management in institutions, and the extent to which this contributes to achieving excellence in the institution under study. The questionnaire was relied upon as a basic tool for obtaining information and resorting to many statistical methods.The descriptive analytical method was also used to test the established study hypotheses and conclude that the Naftal Foundation under study uses electronic management effectively, in addition to the existence of a strong correlation between electronic management and achieving institutional excellence in The institution under study is at the level of statistical significance (α≤0.05). |
