dc.description	Our study aims to highlight the importance of internal communication, and the extent of its contribution to improving the performance of employees at the electricity and gas distribution organization – tiart -, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection, which was distributed to a sample of 30 employees of the organization (sample). The results resulted: - The existence of a positive relationship between the effectiveness of internal communication of various types (oral, written, electronic), and the improvement of job performance. - Oral communication is considered the most influential, followed by electronic and then written	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف دراستنا الى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاتصال الداخلي، ومدى مساهمته في تحسين أداء الموظفين بمؤسسة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز تيارت، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والتي تم توزيعها على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة قوامها 30 مفردة (عينة)، واسفرت النتائج: وجود علاقة ايجابية بين فعالية الاتصال الداخلي بمختلف انواعه (الشفوي، الكتابي، الالكتروني) وتحسين الأداء الوظيفي ، وان الاتصال الشفوي يعد الأكثر تأثيرا ، يليه الالكتروني ثم الكتابي.	en_US
