| Abstract: | يتوقف نجاح او فشل المنظمة على مدى قدرتها على تحقيق رسالتها وغاياتها وأهدافها، وهذا يتطلب وضع استراتيجية معينة والسعي لتنفيذها في ظل التغيرات المختلفة المحيطة بالمنظمة، والوسيلة الوحيدة امام المنظمة لمتابعة تنفيذ استراتيجيتها او تعديلها هي قيامها بعملية الرقابة الاستراتيجية ، حيث تهدف الرقابة الاستراتيجية الى المعرفة مدى نجاح تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الى المعرفة مدى نجاح تنفيذ الاستراتيجية في ضوء ماتم تصميمه مسبقا. |
| Description: | The success or failure of an organization depends on its ability to achieve its mission and objectives within an ever changing environment. This requires the adoption and effective implementation of a clear strategy. Strategic control serves as the primary tool that enables organizations to monitor the implementation of their strategy and make necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with predefined goals. This study aims to analyze the impact of strategic control on achieving organiza tional objectives. The case study was conducted at Sidi Khaled Dairy in Tiaret. To collect data, the study relied on a range of academic research that addressed the topic both directly and indirectly, in addition to a case study and the analysis of the ins titution’s official documents. The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: * Strategic control enhances the organization’s ability to anticipate future performance and take corrective actions to avoid potential negative impacts. Strategic control contributes to linking decision making with the overall strategic plan, thereby improving organizational performance. |
