| Abstract: | تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة مشروع إنشاء حضانة ذكية داخل المؤسسات العمومية باعتباره مشروعًا ذا طابع اجتماعي اقتصادي، يستجيب لحاجة متزايدة لدى الموظفين خاصة النساء العاملات، إلى فضاءات آمنة وموثوقة لرعاية أطفالهم خلال ساعات العمل . يرتكز المشروع على مفهوم "الذكاء" من خلال دمج حلول رقمية مبتكرة في تسيير الحضانة، مثل التطبيقات الإلكترونية للتواصل بين الإدارة والأولياء، ونظام المراقبة الذكية، وتسيير الموارد البشرية واللوجستية عبر منصة رقمية . اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الافتراضي الاستنتاجي ، حيث تم الانطلاق من فرضيات منطقية حول الحاجة لهذه الخدمة، وتحليل إمكانيات تنفيذها من خلال دراسة السوق، الموارد البشرية، الجوانب التقنية، التنظيمية والمالية، إضافة إلى الاستراتيجية التسويقية المقترحة . أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المشروع يتمتع بجدوى واقعية، ويمثل فرصة واعدة لتحسين مناخ العمل داخل المؤسسات العمومية، إلى جانب خلق مناصب شغل جديدة، والمساهمة في دعم التوازن بين الحياة المهنية والعائلية للموظفين . |
| Description: | This thesis aims to explore the feasibility of establishing a smart daycare within public institutions, as a project with both social and economic dimensions. It addresses the growing need among employees—especially working mothers—for a safe and reliable child cares pace during working hours. The projectisbased on the integration of innovative digital solutions, such as a management mobile application, intelligent monitoring systems, and a digital platform for administrative coordination. The study followed a hypothetical-deductive approach, analyzing the potential market, required human resources, technical and organizational aspects, financial viability, and the proposed marketing strategy. Findings show that the project is realistically feasible and represents a valuable opportunity to improve workplace conditions, generate new job opportunities, and promote a better balance between professional and family life |
