| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور المؤسسات الناشئة كمدخل استراتيجي لتحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر، من خلال تقييم واقعها، واكتشاف مدى قدرتها على تقليص التبعية لقطاع المحروقات. اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج وصفي وتحليلي، إلى جانب المنهج الإحصائي، لبحث المعطيات الكمية المتعلقة بمساهمة المؤسسات الناشئة في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، واستشراف آفاقها. وقد خلصت إلى أن المؤسسات الناشئة تملك إمكانيات حقيقية للمساهمة في التنويع الاقتصادي، لا سيما في حال توفر بيئة مؤسساتية داعمة، وتجاوز العوائق المرتبطة بالتمويل والإجراءات الإدارية. وأكدت أن دعم هذه المؤسسات يمثل فرصة لتعزيز الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة والتكنولوجيا في الجزائر. |
| Description: | This study aims to analyze the role of startups as a strategic entry point for achieving economic diversification in Algeria, by assessing their current state and exploring their potential to reduce dependence on the hydrocarbons sector. The study adopted a descriptive and analytical approach, alongside statistical methods, to examine quantitative data related to the contribution of startups to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and to explore their future prospects. The findings reveal that startups possess real potential to contribute to economic diversification, especially if supported by an enabling institutional environment and if obstacles related to financing and administrative procedures are addressed. The study emphasizes that supporting these enterprises represents an opportunity to enhance a knowledge- and technology-based economy in Algeria. |
