| Abstract: | تعد مهارات الاتصال من أهم الركائز التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسات لضمان فعالية الأداء وتحقيق أهدافها المسطرة، وهي من بين العوامل الحاسمة في إنجاح العملية الاتصالية داخل مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر-تيارت-. بحيث اعتمدنا على منهج دراسة حالة, ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اخترنا عينة من مجتمع الدراسة المكونة من 30 مفردة موزعة على مختلف مصالح وأقسام المؤسسة واستخدمنا أداة الاستمارة, فتوصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج المتمثلة في أن هناك تأثير لمهارات الاتصال على العملية الاتصالية، فإن مهارة الاستماع من المهارات الأساسية لنجاح العملية الاتصالية بين موظفي اتصالات الجزائر، وكذلك مهارة إدارة الاجتماعات تسهم بشكل كبير في تحسين أداء العمل من خلال توظيف مهارة الحديث وإدارة الحوار. كما أننا اقترحنا بعض المقترحات لتحسين مهارات الاتصال والعملية الاتصالية بما يدعم بيئة عمل متعاونة بمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر-تيارت-. |
| Description: | Communication skills represent one of the most important pillars on which institutions rely to ensure performance efficiency and the achievement of their set objectives. They are among the critical factors contributing to the success of the communication process within the institution of Algérie Télécom -Tiaret. In this study, we adopted the case study approach. To achieve the objectives of the research, we selected a sample of 30 individuals from different departments and sections of the institution. We used a questionnaire as our main data collection tool. The study revealed a set of findings, most notably that communication skills have a significant impact on the communication process. In particular, listening skills were found to be fundamental for the success of internal communication among employees at Algérie Télécom. Furthermore, meeting management skills greatly contribute to improving work performance by employing speaking skills and managing dialogue effectively. We also proposed several recommendations to enhance communication skills and the communication process, in a way that supports a cooperative work environment within Algérie Télécom -Tiaret. |
