| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل وتقييم إستراتيجية تنظيم الفعاليات والمؤتمرات داخل مديرية الشباب والرياضة تيارت، من خلال تسليط الضوء على الآليات المعتمدة في التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقييم، ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق الأهداف الشبابية والرياضية المستويين المحلي والوطني وتمثلت إشكالية دراستنا في:كيف تساهم استراتيجيات تنظيم الفعاليات والمؤتمرات في تحقيق الأهداف في ظل وجود العوامل التي تؤثر على نجاحها؟ ولقد تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى الإطار المنهجي الذي يشرح كيفية العمل والإطار النظري الذي يعطي الجوانب البحثية والأكاديمية في موضوع الدراسة واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاستعانة أدوات جمع البيانات وهي الاستبيان الذي وُجه إلى عينة من موظفي المديرية منظمي الفعاليات، المتمثل في فريق التنظيم المتكون من 20 موظف. |
| Description: | This studyaims to analyze and evaluate the strategies for organizing events and conferences within the Directorate of Youth and Sports of Tiaret Province, by shedding light on the mechanisms adopted during the planning, implementation, and evaluation phases, and their contribution to achieving youth and sports-related objectives at both the local and national levels. The main research question was: To what extent do event and conference organization strategies contribute to achieving objectives, considering the various factors that may affect their success? The study addressed both the methodological and the oretical frameworks, adopting a descriptive-analytical approach. Data collection tools included a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 20 employees from the event organization team at the Directorate, in addition to field observation of several events. The empirical findings helped identify the main organizational strategies used by the Directorate and revealed several challenges, including limited control over event timing and a lack of sustain ability strategies, along side clear opportunities for improvement and development. Key results showed that the Directorate employs diverse strategies depending on the nature of the event (cultural, sports, social, recreational), and that there is a complementary relation ship between strategic planning and successful event organization, reflecting the Directorate’s commitment to improving event quality and achieving its objectives effectively. |
