| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين جودة الحياة المهنية والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ببلدية الدحموني وتيارت. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، حيث طبقت الباحثة مقياس جودة الحياة المهنية ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي على عينة قوامها 108 من عمال المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ببلدية الدحموني وتيارت، حيث دلت النتائج على مايلي : -يتمتع عمال المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ببلدية الدحموني وتيارت بمستوى مرتفع من جودة الحياة المهنية -وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين جودة الحياة المهنية بأبعادها (بيئة العمل،خصائص الوظيفة، الأجور والمكافآت،جماعة العمل، أسلوب الرئيس في الإشراف، المشاركة في القرارات) والأداء الوظيفي لدى عمال المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ببلدية الدحموني وتيارت. - توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 في مستوى جودة الحياة المهنية لدى عمال المركز النفسي البيداغوجي للأطفال المعاقين ذهنيا ببلدية الدحموني وتيارت لصالح مركز تيارت. |
| Description: | The present study aimed to explore the correlation between the quality of work life and job performance among employees of the Psychopedagogical Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities in the municipalities of Dahmouni and Tiaret. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive method was employed. The researcher administered the Quality of Work Life Scale and the Job Performance Scale to a sample of 108 employees from the Psychopedagogical Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities in Dahmouni and Tiaret. The results indicated the following: - Employees of the Psychopedagogical Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities in Dahmouni and Tiaret enjoy a high level of quality of work life. - There is a statistically significant correlational relationship between the overall quality of work life—across its dimensions (work environment, job characteristics, wages and rewards, workgroup, supervisory style, and participation in decision-making)—and job performance among the employees of the center. - There are statistically significant differences at the 0.05 significance level in the level of quality of work life among employees of the Psychopedagogical Center for Children with Intellectual Disabilities between the Dahmouni and Tiaret centers in favor of the Tiaret center |
