| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين إدارة الانفعالات ومركز الضبط الداخلي والخارجي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي على عينة قدرها (42) أستاذ جامعي من كلية العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الاجتماعية جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت، تم فيها استخدام المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، بتطبيق كل من مقياس إدارة الإنفعالات من إعداد كل من عبد العزيز حيدر الموسوي و سارة ثامر (2014) ، ومقياس مركز الضبط لـ روتر تم التأكد من خصائصهما السيكومترية. أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: - وجود علاقة إرتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين إدارة الانفعالات و مركز الضبط لدى الأستاذ الجامعي. - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين إدارة الانفعالات والضبط الداخلي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي. - عدم وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين إدارة الانفعالات والضبط الخارجي لدى الأستاذ الجامعي - وجود مستوى مرتفع من إدارة الانفعالات لدى الأستاذ الجامعي. - يتمتع الأستاذ الجامعي بمركز الضبط الخارجي أكثر من الضبط الداخلي. |
| Description: | The current study aimed to reveal the existence of a correlation between emotion management and its relationship with the university professor’s control center on a sample of (42) university professors from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Ibn Khaldun University, Tiaret, in which the descriptive correlational approach was used, applying both the emotion management scale from Prepared by Abdul Aziz Haider Al-Moussawi and Sarah Thamer (2014) Rotter's locus of control scale and their psychometric properties were confirmed. The study yielded the following results: -There is a statistically significant correlation between the management of emotions and the control center of the university professor. -There is a statistically significant correlation between the emotional management and the internal control of the university professor. -There is no correlation between the emotional management and the external control of the university professor. -The presence of a high level of impulse management in the university professor. - The university professor has a position of external control more than internal control |
