| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى معرفة واقع الممارسة النفسية بوحدة الكشف والمتابعة جبارة الحاج من وجهة نظر الأخصائيين النفسانيين عبر مختلف أبعادها الثلاثة ، البعد الشخصي والبعد الإجتماعي والبعد المهني تمت هذه الدراسة وفق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام استبيان موجه لعينة من الأخصائيين النفسانيين بوحدات الكشف والمتابعة في دائرة فرندة (ولاية تيارت)، تحديدًا وحدة الكشف والمتابعة جبارة الحاج فرندة، خلال الموسم الجامعي 2024/2025، إلى جانب مقابلات نصف موجهة وملاحظة منظمة. تناول الإطار النظري مفاهيم الممارسة النفسية، تطورها وأسسها، بالإضافة إلى واقعها في الجزائر، كما تطرق لدور الأخصائي النفسي، مهامه وأخلاقياته، ووظائف وحدات الكشف في دعم الصحة النفسية. أظهرت النتائج تقييمًا مرتفعًا إلى متوسط في الجوانب الشخصية والمهنية، وضعيفًا إلى متوسط في الجانب الاجتماعي. كما تم رصد تحديات عدة، منها ضعف التنسيق المؤسسي، نقص التكوين والموارد، وصعوبة اندماج الأخصائي في محيط العمل. وقد تم اعتماد أداة الاستبيان كوسيلة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، وتم عرض الدراسة على التحكيم الأكاديمي وفق المعايير العلمية المعمول بها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة دعم التكوين، تنشيط التنسيق، تعزيز الموارد، وتحفيز البحث العلمي |
| Description: | The present study aims to explore the reality of psychological practice at the "Jbara El-Hadj" Screening and Monitoring Unit from the perspective of psychologists, across its three dimensions: personal, social, and professional. This study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical approach, employing a questionnaire directed at a sample of psychologists working in the screening and monitoring units within the Frenda district (Tiaret province), specifically the "Jbara El-Hadj" unit in Frenda, during the 2024/2025 academic year. Semi-structured interviews and structured observation were also used. The theoretical framework covered the concepts of psychological practice, its development and foundations, as well as its current state in Algeria. It also addressed the psychologist s role, duties, ethics, and the functions of screening units in supporting mental health. The findings revealed moderate to high evaluations in the personal and professional aspects, and low to moderate evaluations in the social dimension. Several challenges were identified, including weak institutional coordination, lack of training and resources, and difficulty integrating the psychologist into the work environment. The questionnaire was the primary tool for data collection, and the study was submitted for academic validation according to established scientific standards. The study concluded with recommendations to strengthen training, enhance coordination, improve resources, and encourage scientific research. |
