dc.description	This study aims to highlight the impact of electronic management on improving the quality of banking services. Electronic management is a modern concept that utilizes advanced technology and information systems to enhance banking operations and provide better services to customers. To achieve the study's objectives, the statistical software SPSS was employed to investigate the relationship between electronic management and the quality of banking services. Based on the empirical study, we found a positive and statistically significant relationship between electronic management and the quality of banking services. This implies that the greater the use of modern technology, the higher the quality of banking services, making them attractive to customers and clients in an increasingly competitive market among various banking institutions	en_US
dc.description.abstract	تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز حتمية الرقمنة وتنافسية المؤسسات المالية في كسب رضا الزبون في المؤسسات المصرفية ، حيث تعد الإدارة الإلكترونية مفهوما حديثا يستخدم التكنولوجيا الحديثة والانظمة المعلوماتية لتحسين ادارة العمليات المصرفية وتوفير خدمات افضل للعملاء ، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الاحصائية SPSS وذلك من اجل الكشف عن العلاقة بين رقمنة العمليات المصرفية ورضا الزبون على الخدمات المصرفية.	en_US
