Description: | The study dealt with the topic of “The role of leadership in managing organizational change” in the Tax Administration Center - Sougueur - Tiaret Province, and the study revolved around the following question:” How does leadership contribute to the success of organizational change in the organization under study ? As for the applied aspect, our study relied on the questionnaire, which included questions related to four axes that focus on the idea of the study hypotheses, and was distributed at the level of the Tax Administration Center in Sougueur -Tiaret, and we relied in analyzing the questionnaire data on the (spss) statistical package for social sciences, and to test the hypotheses, we calculated frequencies, percentages, and relied on the analytical descriptive method and chose the comprehensive survey sample, in addition to the questionnaire technique as the main tool for data collection, the study reached the following results : Applying the principles of human relations and bureaucratic management leads to organizational success and continuity. •Democratic leadership contributes to organizational change through: Employees' sense of belonging to the organization, achieving horizontal communication between the leader and subordinates, feeling the spirit of responsibility and promoting teamwork, all of these concepts contribute to the success of the organization in implementing the goals of organizational change. |
