Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة خدمات الارشاد ودورها في عملية الاختيارات المهنية:دراسة ميدانية بمركز التكوين المهني جلولي ميسوم –تيارت حيث خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج هي :-تساهم خدمات الارشاد في تنمية مهارات التدربفي مجال صنع القرار- تقلل خدمات الارشاد من شعور المتدربين مع احتياجات سوق العمل -تؤدي خدمات الارشادإلى زيادة رضا المتدربين عن اختياراهم المهنية. |
Description: | The study aimed to know the guidance services and their role in the process of vocational choices at the Djalouli Messoum Vocational Training Center - Tiaret. The study started from the problem of “How do guidance services contribute to directing trainees in vocational training centers towards vocational choices appropriate to their inclinations, abilities, and the needs of the labor market?” We relied on the Our study included a sample of 40 individuals, based on the questionnaire tool, and we applied the descriptive approach. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: - Guidance services contribute to developing trainees’ skills in the field of decision-making. - Guidance services help match trainees’ skills with the needs of the labor market. - Guidance services reduce trainees’ awareness of the needs of the labor market. - Guidance services lead to increasing trainees’ satisfaction with their career choices. |
