Description: This study aimed to identify the role of initial training in the adaptation of new English language teachers in primary educational institutions in Tiaret. The study started from a general problem: How does training contribute to achieving the adaptation of newly employed English teachers? As a result of this problem, a main hypothesis was generated, which says that training contributes to achieving the adaptation of language teachers. To answer the hypotheses, the descriptive approach was used to suit the subject of the study. The study sample consisted of seven professors as a tool for the study, and it was divided into four axes: - Personal data: Initial training contributes to the process of professional adaptation Digital communication technologies contribute to the adaptation of new professors The work environment contributes to the adaptation of new professors. We analyzed the answers we obtained from the interviews and obtained many results, the most important of which are: Training contributes to the adaptation process of newly employed English teachers Trained professors acquire knowledge and experience that will help them perform their educational duties The contribution of training programs to improving the performance of students in primary educational institutions.
