| Description: | This study aimed to know the role of social upbringing in forming the entrepreneurial thought of the Algerian individual. The study included a comprehensive presentation of the theoretical frameworks, especially the variables “entrepreneurship” and “family upbringing.” We also relied on the qualitative approach to approach the subject, and we used the interview as a tool for collecting data, on a sample. It consists of 9 individuals who are entrepreneurs. The study concluded the following results: ? There is entrepreneurial culture in Algerian families. ? The idea of entrepreneurship is still centered around self-employment, not entrepreneurship. |
