| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي المتمثلة في تقنية Rfid و QR.code و Ibeacon و إبراز دورها في التحول من مكتبة تقليدية إلى مكتبة ذكية، و قد تناولت هذه الدراسة إلى جانب الإطار المنهجي و التطبيقي فصلين تم التطرق فيهم إلى ماهية المكتبات الذكية من تعريف و أهمية و تحديات و كل ما يخص تهيئتها و تجهيزها و عرض تجارب لمكتبات عالمية و عربية رائدة في هذا المجال كما تم التطرق لتكنولوجيا الذكاء الإصطناعي و بعض تقنياته و كل ماله علاقة بها، و إعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي و المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالموضوع و قد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على واقع المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية و مدى جاهزيتها لتبني التقنيات الثلاث و الإستفادة منها لتحسين جودة خدماتها و تسهيل سبل الوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات و تأمينها و إدارتها تماشيا مع متطلبات العصر الرقمي، و توصلنا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية أن المكتبة الوطنية الجزائرية قامت بتطبيق تقنية رمز الإستجابة السريعة QR.code و لها جاهزية في تبني التقنيات الحديثة و تسخير أخر ما توصلت إليه التكنولوجيا في مجال المكتبات و المعلومات و التحول بذلك إلى مكتبة ذكية. |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the application of artificial intelligence technologies represented by RFID, QR. In addition to the methodological and applied framework, this study dealt with two chapters in which the definition, importance, challenges, and everything related to the preparation and equipping of smart libraries and the presentation of experiences of leading international and Arab libraries in this field, as well as artificial intelligence technology and some of its techniques and everything related to it, and we relied in our study on the descriptive method and the interview as a tool for collecting data related to the subject, and the study sheds light on the reality of the Algerian National Library and the extent of its readiness This study came to shed light on the reality of the Algerian National Library and the extent of its readiness to adopt the three technologies and benefit from them to improve the quality of its services and facilitate access to information resources, security and management in line with the requirements of the digital age, and we found through the field study that the Algerian National Library has applied the QR code technology. It is ready to adopt modern technologies and harness the latest technology in the field of libraries and information and transform into a smart library. |
