Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين النمط القيادي بأبعاده النمط القيادي الديمقراطي، النمط القيادي الأوتوقراطي، النمط القيادي التسيبي( والولاء التنظيمي لدى موظفي مديرية جامعة ابن خلدون تيارت. وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 102 موظف تحصرى جميعا وذلك بالاعتماد على أسلوب المسح الشامل لجميع وحدات المجتمع الأصلي، وقد تم جمع البيانات بواسطة بناء استبيان خاص بالنمط القيادي المكون من 30 فقرة كما تم الاعتماد على مقياس الن وماير للولاء التنظيمي باستخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المناسب للدراسة. |
Description: | The aim of this study was to identify the nature of the relationship between leadership styles (democratic, autocratic, laissez-faire) and organizational loyalty among employees of Ibn Khaldoun University Directorate in Tiaret. The study sample included 102 employees who were all surveyed using a comprehensive survey method covering all units of the original community. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of 30 items related to leadership styles, and the Nahavandi and Meyer scale for organizational loyalty was employed using an appropriate descriptive correlational approach for the study. Among the most significant results obtained were: 1. The predominant leadership style in the directorate is democratic leadership. 2. There is a statistically significant negative correlation of 0.237 at the significance level of 0.05 between leadership style and organizational loyalty among employees of Ibn Khaldoun University Directorate in Tiaret. 3. There is a statistically significant negative correlation of 0.383 at the significance level of 0.01 between democratic leadership style and organizational loyalty among employees of Ibn Khaldoun University Directorate in Tiaret. 4. There is no significant correlation between autocratic leadership style and organizational loyalty among employees of Ibn Khaldoun University Directorate in Tiaret. 5. There is no significant correlation between laissez-faire leadership style and organizational loyalty among employees of Ibn Khaldoun University Directorate in Tiaret. |
