| Abstract: | هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بين الشعور بالأمن النفسي و التوافق المهني لدى ممرضي القطاع الصحي بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية جيلالي بونعامة بقصر الشلالة تم إجراؤها على عينة قوامها 70 مفردة إحصائية، وتم إستخدام مقياس لزينب شقير للأمن النفسي 2005 ، ومقياس بدرية محمد يوسف الرواحيةللتوافق المهني، وإعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي المناسب لد ا رستنا، وبعد إستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسب أظهرت نتائج الدراسة مايلي: وجود علاقة إر تباطية طردية دالة إحصائيا بين الأمن النفسي و التوافق المهني لدى ممرضي القطاع الصحي مستوى الأمن النفسي منخفض لدى ممرضي القطاع الصحي مستوى التوافق المهني مرتفع لدى ممرضي القطاع الصحي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدى ممرضي القطاع الصحي تعزى لمتغير الجنس |
| Description: | The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between the feeling of psychological security and professional compatibility among the nurses of the health sector in the hospital institution Jilali Bounaama in Ksar Chalala،which was conducted on a sample of 70 A sample was used scale for Zainab Choucair for psychological security 2005،and scale Badria Mohammed Youssef Al-Rawahia for professional compatibility،and we relied on the appropriate descriptive approach to our study،and after the use of appropriate statistical methods showed the results of the study as follows: - The existence of a statistically significant direct correlation between psychological security and occupational compatibility - Touched. Low level of psychological security - High level of professional compatibility - The existence of statistically significant differences among health sector nurses due to the gender variable |
