Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة العلاقة بين الاستقرار الوظيفي والصراع التنظيمي لدى موظفي بلدية مدروسة تيارت ، لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على استبيان الاستقرار الوظيفي والصراع التنظيمي الذي طبق على عينة قوامها 100 موظف ببلدية مدروسة ، حيث دلت النتائج على مايلي: يتمتع موظفي بلدية مدروسة بمستوى مرتفع من الاستقرار الوظيفي. |
Description: | This current study aimed to identify the correlation between job stability and organizational conflict among employees of the Medroussa municipality of Tiaret. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach was used based on the Job Stability and Organizational Conflict Questionnaire, which was applied to a sample of 100 employees in the municipality of Medroussa, where the results indicated the following: • Medroussa Municipality employees enjoy a high level of job stability. • Medroussa municipal employees have a low level of organizational conflict. There is no statistically significant correlation between job stability and organizational conflict among Medroussa Municipality employees. There is no statistically significant correlation between job satisfaction and organizational conflict among Medroussa municipality employees. • There is no statistically significant correlation between incentives and organizational conflict among Medroussa municipal employees. • There is a statistically significant correlation between the work environment and its factors and organizational conflict among Medroussa municipality employees. |
