| Résumé: | الحق في بيئة نظيفة وملائمة من أهم حقوق الإنساف البيئية التي هي في الأصل من حقوق الإنسان الأصيلة والتي تم الاعتراف بها على أساس أنها من حقوق الجيل الثالث، ولم يتم الإقرار بهذا الحق سواء على المستوى الدولي أو المحلي إلا في النصف الثاني من القرن 20 ، إلى يومنا هذا يعتبر الحق في البيئة النظيفة والسليمة من أحدث المواضيع التي تعرف انتشارا واهتماما كبيرين من قبل المنظمات الدولية، حيث تلعب هذه الأخيرة دورا بارزا في تحقيق حق الإنسان في بيئة نظيفة، ويكمن القول أن المنظمات الدولية الحكومية وغير الحكومية العامة والمتخصصة منها لها فضل كبير في الاعتبارات بحق الإنسان في بيئة سليمة، لكن لا يكفي هذا الاعتبار فقط بل يجب أن تكون له آليات وسياسات لتجسيده على أرض الواقع خاصة مع ما تعرفه البيئة من أنواع الملوثات، و ما تشهده المنظمات الحكومية من معوقات من أجل تكريس هذا الحق وفرض إعماله من قبل الدول، حيث يجب تذليل هذه الصعوبات أمام المنظمات الدولية حتى تقوم بدورها على أكمل وجه في سبيل تجسيد حق الإنسان في بيئة نظيفة وملائمة. |
