| Abstract: | ومن هنا نستنتج في هذا الموضوع ان المشرع الجزائري قد وفق الى حد كبير في تنظيم عمل الشرطة القضائية من خلال قانون الاجراءات الجزائية مراعيا في ذلك تحقيق الموازنة بين فعالية التصدي للجريمة وضمان حقوق وحريات المشبه فيه وذلك بوضع قيود وضوابط للسلطات الممنوحة للشرطة القضائية التي من خلالها يمكنه حماية المجتمع من خطر الجريمة دون وقوع تعسف من قبل الشرطة القضائية يسئ الى الحقوق والحريات الفردية. |
| Description: | Hence, we conclude on this subject that the Algerian legislator has largely succeeded in regulating the work of the judicial police through the Code of Criminal Procedure, taking into account achieving a balance between the effectiveness of addressing crime and ensuring the rights and freedoms of the suspect, by setting restrictions and controls on the powers granted to the judicial police through which It can protect society from the danger of crime without the occurrence of abuse by the judicial police that harms individual rights and freedoms. |
