dc.description	Hence, we conclude on this subject that the Algerian legislator has largely succeeded in regulating the work of the judicial police through the Code of Criminal Procedure, taking into account achieving a balance between the effectiveness of addressing crime and ensuring the rights and freedoms of the suspect, by setting restrictions and controls on the powers granted to the judicial police through which It can protect society from the danger of crime without the occurrence of abuse by the judicial police that harms individual rights and freedoms.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	ومن هنا نستنتج في هذا الموضوع ان المشرع الجزائري قد وفق الى حد كبير في تنظيم عمل الشرطة القضائية من خلال قانون الاجراءات الجزائية مراعيا في ذلك تحقيق الموازنة بين فعالية التصدي للجريمة وضمان حقوق وحريات المشبه فيه وذلك بوضع قيود وضوابط للسلطات الممنوحة للشرطة القضائية التي من خلالها يمكنه حماية المجتمع من خطر الجريمة دون وقوع تعسف من قبل الشرطة القضائية يسئ الى الحقوق والحريات الفردية.	en_US
