Résumé:	الشفافیة مبدأ من أهم المبادئ التي ترتكز علیها الصفقات العمومیة، حیث یعتبر محور اهتمام كل من الفقه والقضاء لعملیة إبرام الصفقات العمومیة وسیرها، كما یعد هذا المبدأ آلیة من آلیات الحكم الراشد، العمل بالشفافیة هو في حد ذاته حمایة وضمان من قبل الإدارة الراشدة. ونظرا للأهمیة التي اكتسبتها الصفقات العمومیة ومن أجل الحفاظ على المال العام، وإرساء الشفافیة على الصفقة المبرمة بین المصلحة المتعاقدة والمتعامل المتعاقد، قام المشرع الجزائري بتخصیص باب كامل للرقابة في تجسید مبدأ الشفافیة
Description:	Transparency is one of the most important principles on which public transactions are based, as it is considered the focus of attention of both jurisprudence and judiciary for the process of concluding public transactions and their conduct. In view of the importance acquired by public deals and in order to preserve public money, and to establish transparency on the deal concluded between the contracting interest and the contracting client, the Algerian legislator has allocated a whole section for oversight in embodying the principle of transparency
