| Abstract: | هدفت دراستنا الى توضيح دور التدقيق في الكشف والإبلاغ عن الغش والأخطاء بالقوائم المالية لدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية وعليه قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لملبنة سيدي خالد _تيارت_. استخدمنا خلال هذه الدراسة أداة المقابلة وتحليل وعرض النتائج بهدف الوصول الى فهم الإشكالية، الى أي مدى يساهم التدقيق في الكشف والابلاغ عن الغش والاخطاء بالقوائم المالية لدى المؤسسات الاقتصادية. ومن خلاله تمكنا من استنتاج ان صحة ومصداقية القوائم المالية ترتكز على درجة اكتشاف المدقق الخارجي للغش والأخطاء بمساعدة من المدقق الداخلي، المسؤول عن تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية داخل الميدان، حيث يمكننا القول ان نظام الرقابة الداخلية فعال من عملية تدقيق ملتزم بتطبيق المعايير والطرق المحاسبية تضمن دقة المعلومات وصحة القوائم المالية |
| Description: | Our study aimed to clarify the role of auditing in detecting and reporting fraud and errors in the financial statements of economic institutions. Accordingly, we conduted a field study of Sidi khaled Dairy _Tiaret_. During this studywe used the interview tool, analysis and presentation of the results in order to reach an understanding of the problem to what extent auditing contributes to detecting and reporting fraud and errors in the financial statements of economic institutions. And through it, we were able to conclude that the validity and credibility of the financial statements is based on the degree of detection by the external auditor of fraud and errors with the help of the internal control system within the field, where we can say that the internal control system is effective from an audit process committed to applying accounting standards and methods that guarantee the accuracy of the information and correctness of the financial statements |
