| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على الشمول المالي حيث أنه الحالة التي يكون فيها جميع الأفراد قادرين على الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية عالية الجودة، وتوضيح دوره كاستراتيجية هادفة لتحقيق الاستقرار المالي في النظم المصرفية، حيث تم تشخيص واقعها في الدول العربية من خلال عرض مؤشرات وبيانات، والتعرف على المبادرات التي تبذلها هذه الدول لتطبيق هذه الاستراتيجية لما لها من أهمية في توسيع دائرة المستفيدين من الخدمات المصرفية، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح واقع الشمول المالي ودوره في تحقيق الاستقرار المالي للنظم المصرفية العربية بحيث تم التوصل إلى ضعف هذه الاستراتيجية في الدول العربية رغم كل الجهود المبذولة. |
