| Abstract: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الأداء التسويقي بمؤسسات الخدمات العمومية، من خلال تحليل تسويق الخدمات العمومية وكذلك تحليل الأداء التسويقي، وذلك بوضع معايير خاصة بقياس أداء مختلف عناصر المزيج التسويقي (الخدمة، السعر، الترويج والتوزيع). ولتحقيق هذا الغرض، قمنا بتطوير استبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية موجه لزبائن مؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر باعتبارها مؤسسة للخدمات العمومية، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة قصدية إشتملت على 70 زبون وقد تم إستخدام برنامج spss.21 لتحليل البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد مستوى عال من الأداء التسويقي بأبعاده مجتمعة (الخدمة، السعر، الترويج، التوزيع) بمؤسسة إتصلات الجزائر " تيارت" وبالتالي النتيجة الأساسية هي أن الأداء التسويقي بمؤسسة إتصالات الجزائر مرتفع عموما من خلال المؤشرات المدروسة |
| Description: | This study aimed at evaluating the marketing performance of public service institutions, through analyzing the marketing of public services as well as analyzing the marketing performance, by setting standards for measuring the performance of the various elements of the marketing mix (service, price, promotion and distribution). To achieve this purpose, we developed a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool for customers of Algeria Telecom, as a public services institution،It was distributed to an intended sample that included 70 customers, and the SPSS 21 program was used to analyze the data. The study concluded that there is a high level of marketing performance with its dimensions combined (service, price, promotion, distribution) in Algeria Telecom "Tiaret", and therefore the main result is that the marketing performance in Algeria Telecom is generally high through the studied indicators |
