Résumé:	من خلال هذه الدراسة تم التطرق في الفصل الأول لتعريف المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و أهميتها ، و خصائصها و كذا المشاكل التي تواجهها ، و تطرقنا أيضا إلى التمويل المصغر مفهومه و خطواته الأساسية و أيضا مصادره كما سلطنا الضوء في الجانب النظري على بعض هيئات التمويل المصغر في الجزائر و هذا من خلال دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر لولاية تيارت ، فمن خلال تقييمنا لأدائها خلال فترة 2018-2020 توصلنا إلى أن الوكالة أداة ذات فعالية في توفير مصادر تمويلية و قد ساهمت بشكل كبير في دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودعم المشاريع المصغرة للمستثمرين الشباب و هي تبذل مجهودات كبیرة في توفیر مناصب عمل وامتصاص البطالة ، إلا ان مناصـب الشـغل المسـتحدثة مـن قبـل الوكالـة غیـر كافیـة فـي الحـد من البطالة على مستوى الولایة من خلال هذه الدراسة تم التطرق في الفصل الأول لتعريف المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و أهميتها ، و خصائصها و كذا المشاكل التي تواجهها ، و تطرقنا أيضا إلى التمويل المصغر مفهومه و خطواته الأساسية و أيضا مصادره كما سلطنا الضوء في الجانب النظري على بعض هيئات التمويل المصغر في الجزائر و هذا من خلال دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر لولاية تيارت ، فمن خلال تقييمنا لأدائها خلال فترة 2018-2020 توصلنا إلى أن الوكالة أداة ذات فعالية في توفير مصادر تمويلية و قد ساهمت بشكل كبير في دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودعم المشاريع المصغرة للمستثمرين الشباب و هي تبذل مجهودات كبیرة في توفیر مناصب عمل وامتصاص البطالة ، إلا ان مناصـب الشـغل المسـتحدثة مـن قبـل الوكالـة غیـر كافیـة فـي الحـد من البطالة على مستوى الولایة
