dc.description	Through this study, the first chapter was addressed to the definition of small and medium enterprises, their importance, their characteristics as well as the problems they face, and we also touched on microfinance concept and basic steps and also its sources as we highlighted in the theoretical aspect on some microfinance organizations in Algeria and this through the case study of the National Agency for the management of microcredit for the state of Tiaret, through our evaluation of its performance during the period 2018-2020 we found that The Agency is an effective tool in providing funding sources and has contributed significantly to supporting and financing small and medium enterprises and supporting micro-projects for young investors, and it is making great efforts in providing jobs and absorbing unemployment, but the jobs created by the Agency are insufficient in reducing unemployment at the level of tiaret state	en_US

dc.description.abstract	من خلال هذه الدراسة تم التطرق في الفصل الأول لتعريف المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة و أهميتها ، و خصائصها و كذا المشاكل التي تواجهها ، و تطرقنا أيضا إلى التمويل المصغر مفهومه و خطواته الأساسية و أيضا مصادره كما سلطنا الضوء في الجانب النظري على بعض هيئات التمويل المصغر في الجزائر و هذا من خلال دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر لولاية تيارت ، فمن خلال تقييمنا لأدائها خلال فترة 2018-2020 توصلنا إلى أن الوكالة أداة ذات فعالية في توفير مصادر تمويلية و قد ساهمت بشكل كبير في دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ودعم المشاريع المصغرة للمستثمرين الشباب و هي تبذل مجهودات كبیرة في توفیر مناصب عمل وامتصاص البطالة ، إلا ان مناصـب الشـغل المسـتحدثة مـن قبـل الوكالـة غیـر كافیـة فـي الحـد من البطالة على مستوى الولایة	en_US
