| Abstract: | لقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، والذي يعتبر قطاعا هاما إلا أن هذا الأخير يعاني من مشاكل عديدة أبرزها مشكل التمويل، والذي دفع الدولة الجزائرية للنهوض بهذا القطاع من خلال وضع وإنشاء برامج وهيئات دعم مختلفة منها الوكالة الجزائرية لترقية الاستثمار AAPI، الوكالة الوطنية لتطوير الاستثمار ANDI، الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية ANADE...إلخ، وذلك نظرا لما تقدمه من دعم ومرافقة لهذا النوع من المؤسسات. إذ يكمن الهدف الرئيسي لهذه الهيئات الداعمة في ترقية وتطوير المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة |
| Description: | Through this study, we have tried to identify the small and medium enterprises sector, which is considered an important sector, but the latter suffers from many problems, most notably the financing problem, which prompted the Algerian state to promote this sector through the development and establishment of various programs and support bodies, including the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion (AAPI). , the National Agency for Investment Development ANDI, the National Agency for the Support and Development of Entrepreneurship ANADE... etc., due to the support and accompaniment it provides to this type of institution. The main objective of these supporting bodies is to promote and develop small and medium enterprises. |
