| Abstract: | تهدف دراستنا الي معالجة إشكالية تطبيق المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية لمبادئ حوكمة الشركات من أجل تحسين أدائها المالي وقد تمت الدراسة الميدانية على مستوى وحدة من وحدات المؤسسة الوطنية للمنتوجات الكهروكيميائية –وحدة السوقر-من خلال تقييم وضعيتها المالية بين سنتي 2020-2021 و استطلاع مدى تطبيقها لمبادئ الحوكمة، وقد خلصت دراستنا الي مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن الحوكمة تضمن تحقيق قدر كبير من الشفافية لمختلف الأنشطة بالمؤسسة لتجنب الفساد وتقليل المخاطر ورفع قيمتها السوقية كما تعد مبادئ الحوكمة أحد أسباب الرئيسية في تفعيل الأداء المالي ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية لاحظنا ان المؤسسة تسعى جاهدة لتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة لتحقيق أهدافها من خلال تحسين أدائها المالي. |
| Description: | Our study aims to address the problem of the Algerian economic institutions' application of corporate governance principles in order to improve their financial performance. We conducted a field study at one of the units of the National Company for Petrochemical Products, specifically the SOUGUEUR unit. The study involved evaluating its financial position between 2020-2021 and assessing the extent of its implementation of governance principles. Our study yielded several important results, including the fact that governance ensures a high level of transparency in various activities within the institution to avoid corruption, reduce risks, and increase its market value. Governance principles are also identified as one of the main drivers of enhancing financial performance. Through our field study, we observed that the institution is making significant efforts to implement governance principles to achieve its goals by improving its financial performance |
