| Abstract: | دور الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية للجزائر في إستراتيجية بناء المناطق، مع دراسة حالة "بلارة"، يعتبر حاسمًا في تحقيق التعاون الاقتصادي وتعزيز التنمية المستدامة. تم تحليل هذا الدور من خلال دراسة حالة "بلارة"، والتي تعكس جهود الجزائر في بناء وتطوير المنطقة. أظهرت الدراسة أن الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية للجزائر قد ساهمت في توسيع شبكات العلاقات الدبلوماسية وتعزيز التبادل التجاري والاستثمارات مع دول أخرى في سياق بناء منطقة "بلارة". وتأتي هذه الدراسة كمحاولة مف لتسليط الضوء على المفاهيم والاطلاع على نشاط الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية في الجزائر و في الآليات والوسائل المعتمدة في إنجاح وتفعيل عمل المناطق الحرة بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، تشير نتائج الدراسة إلى إن الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية تلعب دورا هاما في بناء العلاقات الاقتصادية وتعزيز الانفتاح الاقتصادي و بالتالي بعث المناطق الحرة بصيغتها الجديدة |
| Description: | The role of economic diplomacy for Algeria in the strategy of building regions, with a case study of "Blara," is considered crucial in achieving economic cooperation and promoting sustainable development. This role has been analyzed through the case study of "Blara," which reflects Algeria's efforts in building and developing the region. The study has shown that Algeria's economic diplomacy has contributed to expanding diplomatic networks, enhancing trade exchanges, and attracting investments with other countries in the context of building the "Blara" region. This study aims to shed light on the concepts and explore the activities of economic diplomacy in Algeria, as well as understand the mechanisms and means employed to successfully establish and activate free trade zones. By following a descriptive and analytical approach, the study's results indicate that economic diplomacy plays a vital role in building economic relationships, promoting economic openness, and thus establishing new forms of free trade zones |
