| Résumé: | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إلقاء الضوء على تجربة المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر ومشاكل ادارتها من خلال الوقوف على أهميتها الاقتصادية ونشاطها في ظل العوائق والمشاكل التي تواجه تطورها، وإبراز مدى سعي الدولة الجزائرية في السنوات الأخيرة إلى تقديم الحلول والامتيازات إلى هذه الفئة من المؤسسات عن طريق الصناديق والهيئات الداعمة والمرافقة من أجل تجسيد أفكارهم الإبداعية على أرض الواقع، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن المشاكل التي تعيق نجاح أصحاب المؤسسات الناشئة هي غياب الدعم المادي بالدرجة الاولى والإفتقار إلى الخبرة اللازمة في تسيير المؤسسة ومواجهة المشاكل التي تواجهها، مما ينعكس عن فعالية الدور والمهام الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المنوطة بها خاصة في ظل خصوصيات الإقتصاد الجزائري الذي يتميز بضعف التنويع والاعتماد الحصري على الاقتصاد الطاقوي |
| Description: | This study aims to shed light on the experience of the emerging institutions in Algeria and the problems of their management by examining their economic importance and their activity in light of the obstacles and problems they face, and preventing their development and continuity. It also highlights the extent to which the Algerian state in recent years has sought to offer solutions and privileges to this category of institutions through the funds and support and companions in order to embody their creative ideas on the ground. The results showed that the problems that impede the success of the owners of the emerging institutions are primarily the lack of material support and the necessary expertise in running the institution and facing the problems it faces, which reflects the effectiveness of the role and the economic and social tasks entrusted to it, especially in light of the Algerian economy which is characterized by its weak diversification and exclusive reliance on the strong economy |
