Abstract: هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التخطيط الاستراتيجي لادارة الموارد البشرية والابداع التنظيمي تم اجراء الدراسة على عينة قوامها 80 عامل لدى عمال نفطال مقاطعة الوقود تيارت، وقد اعتمدنا لتحديد اجراءات الدراسة الميدانية استخدام المنهج الوصفي الذي اعتبر المنهج مناسب والذي يتوافق مع اهداف الدراسة.
Description: This study aimed to reveal the relationship between strategic planning for human resource management and organizational creativity. The study was conducted on a sample of 80 workers at the fuel district of Oil - Tiaret. we adopted the descriptive approach, which was considered appropriate and compatible with the objectives of the study. and by using data collection tools represented in the questionnaire of strategic planning and organizational creativity, and by relying on statistical processing of data using the statistical package and social sciences program (spss). Among the most important findings: - There is no correlation between strategic planning and the dimension of originality. - There is a correlation between strategic planning and after fluency. - There is a correlation between strategic planning and after risk. - There is no correlation between strategic planning and after feeling the problems.
