| Abstract: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التكوين المهني في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية بالمؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث يعتبر التكوين من أهم العوامل المساهمة في النهوض بالعنصر البشري، وخيارا ترفع به راية التحدي لأجل مواكبة التقد العلمي والتكنولوجي، بالإضافة إلى دور المرافقة والمتابعة للمتخرجين المتكونين إلى عالم الشغل. وعلى هذا الأساس قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المجتمع الدراسة ولمتمثلة في مستشار التوجيه لكل من دار المرافقة ، المعهد المختص في التكوين المهني وأجهزة دعم الدولة، واعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهج دراسة حالة قصد الإجابة على الاشكالية المطروحة والتأكد من صحة الفرضيات، ولذلك قمنا بإعداد استمارة مقابلة والتي شملت بطس أفراد، ومن خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين لنا أهمية المتابعة لخريجي مراكز ومعاهد التكوين المهني في الادماج في عالم الشغل. |
| Description: | This study aims to highlight the importance of vocational training in improving the performance of human resources in economic institutions, as training is considered one of the most important factors contributing to the advancement of the human element, and an option that raises the banner of challenge in order to keep pace with scientific and technological progress, in addition to the role of accompaniment and follow-up of graduates who are formed to the world of work. On this basis, we conducted a field study on a sample of the study community, represented by the guidance counselor for each of the accompanying house, the institute specialized in vocational training and state support agencies. An interview questionnaire, which included five individuals, and through the obtained results, we showed the importance of following up on graduates of vocational training centers and institutes in integration into the world of work |
