| Résumé: | باللغة العربية هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة كيفية مساهمة الاساليب التسيرية في تنمية راس المال البشري في المؤسسة الجزائرية مؤسسة نفطال تيارت وتحدثت مشكلة الدراسة بالتساؤل التالي ماهي الاساليب التسيير المعتمدة في المؤسسة الجزائرية نفطال وكيف تساهم في تنمية الرأسمال البشري شملت عينة الدراسة 70 عامل من مجتمع البحث تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية وتم تصميم استمارة في شكلها النهائي تكونت من ثلاث محاور حيث تم استخدام المنهج الكمي لانه الانسب لموضوع الدراسة وتم استخدام أدوات لجمع البيانات والمعلومات منها الملاحظة والاستمارة وتم التوصل الى النتائج التالية مساهمة الاساليب التسيرية في تنمية الرسم البشري التركيز على العنصر البشري يحسن من مهاراته الانتاجية. |
| Description: | This study aimed to determine the contribution of management methods to the development of human capital in the Algerian institution, Nafetal Tiaret. The research problem addressed the following question: What are the management methods adopted in the Algerian institution Nafetal, and how do they contribute to the development of human capital? The study sample consisted of 70 workers selected intentionally from the research community, and a final questionnaire was designed, consisting of three dimensions. The quantitative approach was used as it was most suitable for the study topic, and data collection tools included observation and the questionnaire.
