| Résumé: | تهدف الدراسة إلى تقديم إطار نظري وتطبيقي حول اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية، حيث أن كل مؤسسة تحتاج إلى اعادة هندسة عملياتها الادارية حتى تتمكن من تحقيق التميز المؤسسي ،وما يثير الانتباه أنه كلما كانت المؤسسة تتمتع بتكنولوجيا متطورة وسلوك معدل وهيكل تنظيمي متطور استطاعت خلق وتكوين جودة عمل وابداع واستمرارية تحقفيق الاهداف للمؤسسة المعاد هيكلتها،وقد توصلنا من خلال إسقاط موضوعنا على الواقع باستخدام الاستمارة بمؤسسة" سونلغاز" بتيارت إلى وجود علاقة بين اعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية والميزة التنافسية، إذ الهندسة الادارية للعمليات، هي التي تحدد الميزة التنافسية، وهذا يؤدي إلى تحقيق أهداف الفرد والمؤسسة معا. |
