| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الحالیة الى معرفة بیئة العمل والفعالیة التنظیمیة لدى عینة من موظفي في المؤسسة الاستشفائیة لتصفیة الدم بتیارت، وعلیه تبلورت اشكالیة الدراسة في التساؤلات التالیة: - هل توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل المادیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة؟ - هل توجد علاقة بین البیئة التنظیمیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة؟ - هل توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل اجتماعیة وفعالیة التنظیمیة؟ - هل توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل المعرفیة وفعالیة التنظیمیة؟ وللإجابة على التساؤلات الدراسة تم صیاغة الفرضیات التالیة وهي: - توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل المادیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة. - توجد علاقة بین البیئة التنظیمیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة. - توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل الاجتماعیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة. - توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل المعرفیة وفاعلیة التنظیمیة. طبقت كباحثة اداة واحدة تمثلت في الاستبیان والتي تحوي على ثلاث محاور، محور الاول المتعلقبالمعلمات الشخصیة، والمحور الثاني یقیس ابعاد بیئة العمل على الموظفین والذي یحوي ثلاثة أبعاد الا وهي: بیئة مادیة، بیئة تنظیمیة، بیئة معرفیة، بیئة اجتماعیة، اما المحور الثالث یقیس فعالیة التنظیمیة على عینة متكونة من 39 موظف. وقد استخدمت النسبة المئویة والمتوسط الحسابي واختبارات لتأكید الفرضیات السابقة، اما المنهج المستخدم في هذه الدراسة فهو المنهج الوصفي، كما توصلت الى بعض النقاط كنتائج للدراسة ألا وهي: - توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل المادیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة. - توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل التنظیمیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة. - توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل الاجتماعیة والفعالیة التنظیمیة. - توجد علاقة بین بیئة العمل المعرفیة وفاعلیة التنظیمیة |
| Description: | The current study aims to know the work environment and the organizational effectiveness of a sample of employees in the hospital institution for hemodialysis in Tiaret. Accordingly, the problematic of the study was crystallized in the following questions: - Is there a relationship between physical working environment and organizational effectiveness? - Is there a relationship between the regulatory environment and regulatory effectiveness? - Is there a correlation between the working environment and organizational effectiveness? - Is there a correlation between the cognitive work environment and organizational effectiveness? In order to answer the study questions, the following hypotheses were formulated: - There is a relationship between the physical work environment and organizational effectiveness. - There is a relationship between the organizational environment and organizational effectiveness. - There is a relationship between the social work environment and organizational effectiveness. - There is a statistically significant relationship between the cognitive work environment and organizational effectiveness. As a researcher, I applied one tool represented in the questionnaire, which contains three axes, the first axis is related to personal parameters, and the second axis measures the dimensions of the work environment for employees, which contains three dimensions: physical environment, organizational environment, knowledge environment, social environment, while the third axis measures organizational effectiveness on a sample of 39 employees. The percentage, the arithmetic mean, and tests were used to confirm the previous hypotheses. The method used in this study is the descriptive method. I also reached some points as results of the study, namely: - There is a relationship between the physical work environment and organizational effectiveness. - There is a relationship between the organizational work environment and organizational effectiveness. - There is a relationship between the social work environment and organizational effectiveness. - There is a relationship between the cognitive work environment and organizational effectiveness. |
