| Abstract: | تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية من بين الضروبات في الحياة الإدارية فقد ساهمت بشكل كبير في تجسيد معاني الشفافية والتخفيف من الاجراءات التي أتعبت المواطن ، كما ساهمت في التقليل من البيروقراطية وتعسف الادارة، وهذا النوع من الادارة ليس وليد الصدفة بل هونتاج لاصلاحات عميقة عرفتها المنظومة الادارية على الصعيد العالمي بالدرجة الأولى وعلى المستوى الوطني كدرجة ثانية ، وبالتالي استفادت جميع القطاعات من هذه الخدمة |
