| Abstract: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على وجود انعكاس أخلاقيات المهنة على الالتزام التنظيمي على مستوى مؤسسة تعليمية للطور المتوسط وقد تم إجراء الدراسة على عينة قدرها 44 أستاذ وتم اختيار كل العينات ومن أجل تحقيق الدراسة تبنى الباحثة المنهج الكمي معتمدين على الاستمارة كأداة للدراسة التي تم توزيعها على العينة بهدف الحصول على الدراسة التي عالجت بمجموعة من الاختبارات الإحصائية بحساب التكرارات وتحويلها الى نسب مئوية و لك من أجل اختبار صحة الفرضيات وقصد الوصول إلى نتائج من خلال مدى إسهام الفرضيات والتي كشفت تحليل الإحصائي عن تحققها وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بان هناك انعكاس الأخلاقيات المهنية نحو زيادة الالتزام التنظيمي |
| Description: | This study aims to identify the reflection of the ethics of the profession on the organizational obligation at the level of an educational (middle school). The study was conducted in a sample of 44 professors. All samples were selected. In order to achieve the study, the researcher adopted the analytical descriptive curriculum based on the questionnaire as a tool for the study to be distributed to the sample with a view to obtaining the study's results |
